Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you total control over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward emails from one electronic mail account to another, create email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one mail account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mail box account you want to redirect mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else.
